Section 1 — Acceptance

By accessing Qatar Hub Pro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Section 2 — Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this platform. By using Qatar Hub Pro you confirm you meet this requirement.

Section 3 — Permitted Use

You may use Qatar Hub Pro for personal informational and productivity purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform or any outputs, use automated scraping or bots, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

• Reproduce, redistribute or resell any content or tool output
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any tool or AI feature
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Section 4 — Informational Use Only — No Legal Advice

Qatar Hub Pro provides general informational content and automated tools. It does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm, government service, or official authority. We are not affiliated with the Government of Qatar, the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Interior, Metrash, or any Qatari government body or embassy. Any references to laws, regulations, articles, or procedures are provided for general information only and may not reflect the most recent changes. You should verify information with official sources (MADLSA, MOI, Al Meezan) and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional before acting on any output. We do not guarantee that outputs will be correct, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on use of the platform.

Section 5 — Subscriptions and Payments

Digital Services — Immediate Access: Qatar Hub Pro provides digital services that are made available immediately upon purchase. By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to a digital service with immediate delivery and you consent to the immediate performance of the service. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at QAR 49 (or QAR 399 annually). Payments are processed securely via PesaPal (M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, mobile money). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — access continues until the end of your billing period. The merchant of record for all transactions is Lextec Ventures Limited (Company No. PVT-XYU2QL9, Kenya). You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, or currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Section 6 — Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for duplicate charges or verified payment processing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at legal@qatarhubpro.com with your payment reference and transaction details. Voluntary cancellations do not qualify for a refund — you retain full access until the end of your current billing period.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property and Your Content

Lextec Ventures Limited owns the platform, its design, branding, proprietary tool logic, and templates. You retain all rights to the text, information, and content you submit to the platform. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use tool outputs for your own purposes subject to these Terms. You may not republish, resell, or represent outputs as official legal advice or government-issued documentation. AI-generated outputs are produced based on the information you provide and are informational only. Ownership of automated outputs is subject to applicable law.

Section 8 — User Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data. Tool inputs you enter are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers, except where explicitly stated. Account and billing data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 9 — Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or applicable law.

Section 10 — Language

These Terms are provided in English. We may provide translations for convenience. In the event of any conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail.

Section 11 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Kenya, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Qatar Hub Pro is operated by Lextec Ventures Limited, a company registered in Kenya (Company No. PVT-XYU2QL9). If you are a consumer resident in Qatar, mandatory protections under Qatar law may also apply to you.

Section 12 — Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Section 13 — Operating Entity
