Qatar Hub Pro — Compliant with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016

Section 1 — Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
  • Usage data: basic technical metrics such as feature access counts, page navigation, and session duration, collected solely for security, performance, and reliability purposes. We do not create user profiles or make automated decisions based on usage data.
  • Payment data: processed by PesaPal — we do not store card details
  • Tool inputs: data entered into tools is processed locally in your browser where possible and is not stored on our servers unless explicitly stated

Section 2 — How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the platform
  • To process subscription payments
  • To send service-related emails
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Section 3 — Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 12 months thereafter for audit, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 and applicable data protection laws you have the right to:

Section 5 — Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Section 6 — Third Party Services

  • Supabase: database and authentication (GDPR compliant)
  • PesaPal: payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
  • Vercel: hosting (SOC 2 compliant)
  • Anthropic (AI processing): Tool inputs are sent to Anthropic for real-time AI processing only. Requests are processed transiently and are not used to train models or retained for profiling. No personal data is stored by Anthropic beyond the duration of the request.

Section 7 — Cross-Border Processing

Your account data may be processed and stored on secure servers outside the State of Qatar for operational purposes (including servers operated by Supabase and Vercel). We apply appropriate technical safeguards and do not transfer sensitive personal data. Our data controller is Lextec Ventures Limited (Company No. PVT-XYU2QL9, Kenya).

Section 8 — Data Controller

Qatar Hub Pro is operated by Lextec Ventures Limited, a company registered in Kenya (Company No. PVT-XYU2QL9). Lextec Ventures Limited is the data controller for all personal data processed through this platform.
